Which is the best growth plan how 2 grow an outsourcing platfor to a $100K revenue biz in 6 months ?

Greetings fellow Entrepreneurs. I have created a new outsourcing platform for both freelancers and clients; (http://www.mysoftjobs.com/) an online workplace for the world - connecting clients with top freelance professionals all over the world.
Its 90% done but the rest are minor works which can be completed before launch.
By the end of this month, I am planning to launch it and start marketing and SEO work by a company my friend suggested.
Question is, can anyone of you kindly assist me with a plan of how I can grow this platform from $0-$100K per month in business revenue within 6 months. Which is the best marketingpackage, what I can do to make a huge difference in the first months of its life to create a huge impact.
We are based in Kenya but the site will be global. Freelancing supports around 30% of graduates here locally who can not find a job and those who are keen to being their own bosses, however, we need clients on this site to sprout quickly to create an impact to youths who are in most cases exploited from bad freelancing practices by other sites I have come across in the industry. Kindly give me best growth plan I can implement to make an impact!
