How long is a piece of string? Innovation can happen in any industry. The questions are, what are you passionate about? Within those areas of passion, where can innovation an disruption take place? How much will it cost?

Lowest overhead = no office, no employees, no inventory, no debt service, outsource everything, etc. Best industry?... could be any industry... however, it sounds like it will end up being a personal service business and can make it unlikely to scale and you will be doing everything, including working in your business instead of one your business.  Focus on making revenues instead of keeping overheads low.

Your description says content marketer. Literally you can do just about anything in this space. Marketing is underserved in many smaller startups.

Sales is becoming marketing as well, if you know content you know there are a ton of opportunities out there. And as stated above there are lots of industries that could benefit from some services. The trick is buy in and finding the value add.

I get so many emails and calls from companies doing this. But few work on a results basis. Run everything from the cloud with backup on your laptop/computer. By offering results based services, you are far more likely to get good takeup and continuing business if you actually deliver.
