Who are great PR people in NYC?

Anyone know of a great PR person in NYC?  We are looking to hire a
consultant (an individual not a firm) on a short-term basis to help get
some messaging out about a product we are developing.  We are building
products (and a platform) related to tracking the spread of illness,
especially flu, and think that it might be a good time to get messaging

Side note:  If folks are passionate about these spaces (mobile health
generally, disease tracking specifically), email me. I am going to try to
pull together a group (or two) and we can perhaps take forward specific
conversations within FounderDating.

Sorry, let me add one more thing: an ideal PR consultant for us would have
experience with US local and state governments given the messaging we are
trying to get out.
