We internally committed to using Zoho CRM and Zoho Projects almost a year ago, but our implementation wasn't successful. We're looking for someone to help us get the platform setup and optimized for our Chicago-based audiovisual installation and service business.
Does anyone have any recommendations or experiences to share? Local to Chicago would be ideal, but it could be done remotely as well.
We use DropBox for Business and Microsoft Office365, mostly on Mac computers, iPhones & iPads, but some Windows PCs too. We have a RingCentral phone system that supposedly integrates with Zoho, but we haven't looked in to it.
We primarily want to use the solution to capture communications related to clients and by project. We would like to have the ability to keep people on top of project tasks, with reminders or triggers to prompt actions.
