Who is the world's best B2B digital agency and why?

Now that our product is done, I am looking for a B2B digital marketing agency and want first hand recommendations of who to pick and why.   

Our product sits between the event and travel space, as well as enhancing any CRM, venue or event listing service or a calendar or contact manager product.  

We make money on adoption and use of our product by the end user (the traveler), so our product is free to our enterprise clients who embed the product into their system (it takes literally minutes or hours, not days weeks or months), so this is a unique "sell" and promotion opportunity.  

I need someone truly creative at a strategic level, who is results oriented.

This is, as referral requests often are, the wrong question. What you need to ask is how to evaluate an agency. You may have a good idea of what you want to accomplish with an agency, but how do you know the agency is right for you? There are three questions that you should ask any agency, and if they can't answer them to your satisfaction, it doesn't matter what their "reputation" is, they're not a fit for you.

"Digital Marketing" is a wide world and there are lots of specialists. So it depends on the kind of digital and the level of strategy you want. For example, Vaynermedia is top notch when it comes to strategic social. There are companies who do great strategic content creation. And there are companies that are going to strategize your programmatic outreach (who is seeing your ads, when, and why) in order to maximize ROI. 

So...it all depends on the type and level of strategy, the outcomes you need, and the kind of budget you're working with.

I agree with Devon's comments, there is a huge variety of expertise available to you. Agencies are great, I've hired and worked with some good ones. But having spent nearly 15 years running an independent boutique consultancy, I'm partial to the smaller boutique or singleton consultant for startups and budget-conscious clients. Thanks Devon and Hart.   I will take a look at the link you sent Hart and Devon will look at Vaynermedia.  

Look at the CONTACT US/VISIT US page on the website for RichMediaExchange.  The trip planning widget there is the simplest implementation of our product.   We can trip enable any photo or video (with an address or a lat/long) or any story about any place or event in a blog or any website with a listing of venues or events.  

While it is more than one line of code, it is as easy as cutting and pasting a YouTube video for insertion. 

B2B is a VERY different animal from B2C, so it really is the end to end story telling about our value proposition.  We're clear on it, but have been drinking our own kool-aid for quite some time now.  

We need a firm with global capabilities, as we are more than a US product. We have a strong possibility of having our first external funding 1Q17, so want to be ready to rock and roll.

Hi Chicke, That's a really cool product. I am familiar with several B2B agencies, but they have really high spend minimums. I personally managed several B2B digital campaigns myself, but what I found most relatable to your business was probably my Powermat campaign, which encourages travelers to purchase its chargers for their phones and to encourage businesses to add their charging stations to their venues. I think what you need is leaning closely to heavy creative optimization & slicing data with help of social + programmatic display channels. Thanks Tzyy.  We have a lot of work to do before we get to social.

@PaulGarcia, you are right.  I do need to know the right questions to ask, but since B2B and B2C are so different, I wanted to at least narrow the field first, with people that have had firsthand experience with agencies.  

@ChrisGorges always interested in new services, so will take a look at what you have built.  We are not ready to select an agency, but trying to understand business models and the like.
