As for me, no way. Actually, not even paid hosting. I switched to a dedicated server a couple of years ago and there's no going back from that - it'd be like moving out from a private house back into college dorms.
Generally speaking though, I've never seen a free hosting that allowed a separate domain - they always host your pages under their own domain, which immediately tells your visitors that you're not a real website. Sometimes it doesn't matter, but more often it does.
I don't know if that is true for 000webhost, but they do state that domain is not included in the free package, so at the very least you have to pay for the domain itself, which means that the free hosting still costs you money.
In any case, based on the provided parameters, the free package is suitable for a small personal or small business website, nothing more.
