About Alec

Getting back into an entrepreneurial mindset after 3 years working in the BPO industry (contact centers) where I managed Apple's largest outsourced technical support program in the US with 5 sites and 2000 employees.

Having worked for a traditional call center company supporting the world's largest consumer electronics brand, I now want to disrupt this industry. What I experienced the past 3 years is in dire need of a shake up and a new way of thinking. There is a far more efficient way of delivering superior technical support. It's time to apply new technology and new concepts to smash this industry wide open.

I'm looking for a technical co-founder. I need techies with experience in machine learning and search engine indexing. I need to build a tech support knowledge database from readily available information and have it learn over time to become highly competent at solving technical issues.
