Provided consulting services to Mobile web Ltd (HiviSasa.com) in sales & marketing. Key deliverables were to identify and design sales strategy, design an optimal route-to-market, design sales force and identify and build effective sales infrastructure. The result of this brief assignment has been a more focused organization function that has seen the rapid expansion of the company to 2 other counties by end of March 2016 and a steady rise in sales revenue.
