Hired as founder to build Argo’s Digital Division which I grew from 1 employee to 32. Built strategy for modern development and deployment practice of digital applications (standard build time decreased from 9 months to 5 weeks). Managed P&L of $6MM and built 7 products using agile development and lean startup practices. Oversaw new software products (external/internally facing) and ran Data Science practice. Platforms used advanced tech stacks (react, node.js, mongodb, Spark, etc) along with cutting edge Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning open source utilities such as tensor flow, tesseract, anaconda, and other python based utilities. Led multiple squads (spotify/google model) of engineers Full Stack, Front End, Data Engineers, Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, Data Scientists, Data Analysts, sales representatives, customer service representatives and Digital Marketers. Built first fully automated end to end system in company history. Required to present to Board of Directors, and report to CEO/Executive Committee. Worked in close collaboration with all business units from President/BU Leaders, to Underwriting Assistants.

Head of all commercial operations for the state of AZ. Led two of the largest product launches in Allstate Business Insurance history with Business Shield. Oversaw 240+ agents in the region. Used technology and innovation strategy to achieve record breaking growth.

Built second largest brokerage in California for Allstate Insurance. Grew startup from $4mm annual revenue to $18mm in 4 year period. Broke multiple records/received multiple awards for innovation and growth.
