About Constantin

I'm at the stage of discovering really interesting problems to solve.

I'm looking for partners with disruptive thinking, lean doers, those who yearn to build a fast growing business - not just a "startup". I bring a blend of technical and management consulting skills to ask the right questions and to solve problems without a middleman. I focus on execution, and I have a strong bias towards simplicity, lean teams, agile approaches, and architecture driven software solutions.

If you subscribe to the notion of “Live in the future and build what seems interesting”, then we should connect to see if our curiosities match. Perhaps we notice the same problems that are worth solving, and perhaps we can do a project together to get started. I'm looking for like-minded Futurists and Activators (doers) who believe that action is a must for learning and progressing.

Earlier in my life I spent 5 years writing production code full time, and managing products at startups (FreeMarkets, TravTech). With time my focus shifted onto business problem solving, software architecture and then I moved onto higher level technical roles. I'm now as close as you can get to owning a business without all the risk by building and running a portfolio of innovative technology projects ($3-5M/yr) at a Fortune 500 consulting firm. My experience includes all aspects of software engineering and CTO/CIO suite strategic advisory. On the business side: opportunity analysis, proposal development, financial forecasting, building teams, project execution, budget planning and profit management.

I have experience in the government (non-DoD), consumer, travel, financial, education, multifamily rental, air travel, and startup domains. I love learning new business domains & develop new business models.

Message or email me (Constantin at alumni.cmu.edu) if I can help you with anything. I tweet in bursts via @iFirebrand.

P.S. Need someone to code an app / site for you? Gigster is worth a try to get a guaranteed quote in 10 mins to build your app / site. I can't help you code your app / site.
