My first restaurant job was in the kitchen at a high-end steak house in Philly and I was immediately attracted to the bar, this place was literally a historic THREE story bank built in the 1920’s and reopened as Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse in ‘08.

It took me THREE years to land an actual bar position...but I found my real dream job in a craigslist ad looking for a brand ambassador to represent some local brewery. I always had a thing for sales (hence my history in illegal dealings), so I loved the idea of working around and selling alcohol for a living. Plus the pay was like $18/hr. to let people sample the brewery’s new craft beers.

That was almost 5 years ago and since, I've worked at about 8 different bars and restaurants and represented a number of companies like Qui Tequila, SX Liquors, and Eye-V that were simply looking for charismatic and knowledgeable ambassadors & sales consultants to help grow their brand in a new market.
