During my work career in this company, I was responsible for three departments simultaneously: leading the (3 - 5 members) online research data sampling team, purchasing research data from suppliers and dealing with all Incentive bonus payment issues worldwide, managing Panel Care department (3 – 5 members). Achievements: Together with IT department, we were mastering one of the most critical areas in the company (samples/research contact data, Incentive bonus payments and Healthcare Panel Support). I highly influenced the development and implementation processes of the operational system packages and databases. During 5 years our custom-made system was developed to the highest industry standards and had a major impact on increasing surveys response rates and client satisfaction level.
