About Bill

I’ve been part of the founding or leadership team at three successful software companies that have collectively created over $6B in value for their investors. My specialty is B2B products and my domain expertise is sales and marketing, which I learned by selling capital equipment to semiconductor manufacturers. More recently I’ve turned my attention to investing in and advising startups.

I am currently leading an investor buyout of a SaaS company at the early revenue stage. The company has shipping product and paying customers. The product (which was developed in Ruby on Rails) is very strong but needs to be enhanced and maintained.

We are seeking a software developer who is interested in getting involved as a co-founder and lead technologist. The ideal candidate will be capable of being a technical product visionary—someone who can look at problems and offer solutions rather than just develop features in response to the voice of the customer, and who can manage and lead a team as the company expands. I'm looking for a true business partner, not a coder for hire. This is a co-founder sweat-equity compensated role until we get funding or sufficient revenue to support it otherwise.
