The Career Genome Project is developing the world's largest organizational culture map, with a view towards radically improving the way people find the right jobs, at the right companies.

Developed at Stanford and based off of more than 30 years of research, our predictive algorithms focus on an individual's degree of compatibility with a firm's culture. Research has shown person-organization "fit" to be one of the strongest drivers of performance and long term employee happiness.

We use a series of proprietary and validated exercises to capture and encode "cultural DNA" at both the individual and organizational level. This then feeds into our compatibility scores and recommendations.

We are looking for a technical co-founder to join our team. We are looking for a person who feels passionately about this idea, and who brings their own unique perspective to solving problems in job markets.
