About Charlene

Looking to get in on a hot new tech startup? Lucky for you, you don’t even have to move to Silicon Valley. I'm the CEO & Founder of ReciproCare, a new online caregiver marketplace and jobs platform is looking for a driven, talented, and creative cofounder to join and help us grow the product for our business.

I'm a Board-certified public health physician with years of experience developing interventions to improve access to good health and healthcare for global and domestic populations. By improving opportunities for the home care workforce through ReciproCare, I know that we are improving access to care for seniors.

My professional experiences cut across various levels of health, public health, and government; they range from adult clinical care to exec-level management to international health policy. I have managed both small and large teams, overseen multi-million dollar budgets and my work has taken me to more than 16 countries across 4 continents.

I am looking for a Ruby developer that is hungry to join a tech startup, willing to learn about our product and who can make immediate contributions. I live in DC and have space in in DC and Maryland, but am ultimately location agnostic for the right person.

Joining forces with me provides an opportunity for an aspiring world changer to make a tangible and meaningful contribution at a new startup social enterprise.
