Created and implemented recommendations for cross-government programs and initiatives, which resulted in better coordination, cost savings, and enhanced services to the public

Developed Administration policy positions on statutory, regulatory and legislative proposals based on their impact on small business, including ongoing amendments to the Affordable Care Act and immigration legislation

Executed high priority and cross-agency projects for the Chief Operating Officer (COO) resulting in increased efficiency and enhanced operations in facilities management, HR, and IT including managing a successful $2.5M building renovation project and the signing of a new Master Labor Agreement

Oversaw the COO’s portfolio ensuring the achievement of intended outcomes by providing solutions related to risk management, data integrity, internal controls, and program evaluation

Planned and directed initiatives targeted at improving performance, achieving cost savings, and eliminating waste using project management principles including managing an office consolidation project saving the Agency over $700k every year beginning in fiscal year 2014
