About Chia-Lin

I have been the key executive at several startups as well as startups within big corporations. My role has been primarily in the area of marketing, e-commerce (subscription and a la carte) and business development. I have been GM of a revenue generating series D startup with over $100 million of revenue and I most recently left Google as their Head of Global Partner Marketing, helping to manage billions in revenue, driving subscriptions and revenue from music, movie/tv and gaming products.

My passion is automotive tech, digital media, e-commerce and IOT and my goal is to work as a founder that can bring great products that can transform people's lives (big and small).

LookyLoo is a retail AI tech company that brings together a fashion social network, big data and machine learning (image-recognition & other data) to help increase discovery/conversion, increase customer confidence in apparel fit and drive down return rates for apparel retailers. We are currently in MVP development for our platform and our AI, named Lucy. The global apparel market is $1.4 Trillion with the US market projected to represent 1/5 of the total, which translates to more than $300 billion. However, between 30 – 50% of all clothing purchases are returned. Consumers are not able to make confident decisions about fit based on the current data provided by retailers. Lucy can help recommend the best outfit when shopping online and offine. Our platform uses big data, machine learning algorithm and predictive real-time quantitative data help retailers to increase consumer confidence, increasing online sales conversions and lower returns.
