Founded 2+ startups
Developed, designed, programmed an e-commerce line of business using a revenue share business model working for The Liberty Dollar startup at the apex of the .com bubble bursting 2000-2001. The business survived the bust going on to generate tens of millions of dollars in sales of minted silver bullion.
Having a harder head than founder Bernard von NotHaus I resigned for reasons he and I have agreed do not warrant public discussion.
I narrowly escaped the actions of domestic enemies of our nation who had the founders arrested, charged and successfully prosecuted for counterfitting at the behest of Barrack Hussein Obama because the company was minting Ron Paul Dollars selling millions used to finance Mr. Paul's 2008 U.S. Presidential campaign which we all now know the result of.
Twenty million dollars belonging to customers was stolen from a warehouse and to this day "authorities" do not know what happened to it.
Get this now, the minted bullion coins were stamped with a $20 designation. The entire counterfitting prosecution was based on the claim that the $ sign belongs to the federal government and the corrupt judges and cowardly jury members that went along to get along convicted on that specious claim never factually proven by patent, trademark or copyright records.
So now you know the backstory and what a stinking swamp of coruption our nation's government has become. Go Donald.
Google: Bernard von NotHaus for more information about what I contend is a fascinating insight into what can happen to startups that attract the attention of criminal politicians and note that Barrack Hussein Obama has to this date of January 2017 remained successful keeping the facts sanitized. You've just read the backstory of what really happened to a group of people who love our country and became patriotic.
I also founded and operated metromilwaukee.com which was literally the first such "community" domain registered in the region Aug. 1997. The initiative failed for several reasons and was yet another learning experience.
I pivoted and developed an XML generator to generate RSS feeds which was useful but languished when JSON bumped RSS off the radar screen. I abandoned development. The site was hacked and I removed all pages but keep the domain active out of spite as I have evidence but no solid proof of local competitors who hacked metromilwaukee.com.
I am now working tapABILITIES, a startup I founded March 2016.
tapABILITIES consists of designers and builders of IoT taplications comprised of new or existing inanimate things transformed into network communication nodes which may be tapped with an NFC-enabled mobile phone that will use the cellular network to instantaneously load websites, pages or software services from the World Wide Web.
There is the beginnings of a blog at tapabilities.com which may or may not live on in its current implementation and @tapabilities is where I currently spout political and other such rantings until the business gains some traction and I or any others foolish enough ( or man enough as it used to be said) who work with or for me become a bunch of self-centered boring automatons indistinguishable from all of the other lackeys we will look and sound like as we earn our daily bread.

Failed community portal. The domain is kept active out of spite and the premise that "one never knows what tommorrow will bring."

Worked in various capacities as an architect until the licensing laws were changed to keep CAD experts founding their own firms out of the market as long as possible.
Founder, VAR, Network System Integrator

January 1994 - January 2000
Value Added Reseller - Network System Integrator. I and a co-founder I met when a student in UWM sold CAD, estimating sofware and services, Windows for Workgroups networking and bare-metal machines we built in my basement. Our customer base was Architects/Engineers/Contractors. We began getting traction but our best customer was arrested and sent to prison for contractor fraud which collapsed his company, our sales slumped and the co-founder got cold feet, left to get married and remains living a life as a henpecked husband.
