Upon graduation of my business degree I worked abroad in Seville, Spain doing International Sales and Marketing for Xtraice a company that manufactured and sold synthetic ice where I did $125K in sales in 6 months . I represented the company around the world in international trade shows, worked the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, and assisted in marketing online and face-to-face. In my 6 months with the company I did over $150K in sales.
Upon returning to Canada I got involved in the Startup scene in Edmonton, Alberta and landed a job with social login and identity provider LoginRadius as a Global Account Executive. In my 3 months with LoginRadius I secured 4 new enterprise sales which a couple are now mentioned on their website as testimonials. I was then approached to join networking software startup GNS3 Technologies Inc, and became their Director of Partnerships where I secured 4 new partnerships and $25k in sales in 5 months. I have now left to focus on my own ventures.
