Analyzed over 400 customer implementations of Janrain products including social login, social sharing, and user data management software. Responsible for developing best practices for registration and user data management, as well as Big Data marketing using social profile data. Provided digital strategy services for Janrain clients. Create instructional content (blog posts, videos, webinars) on best practices for social login, sharing, and data marketing. Started in Account Management team - Manage relationships between Janrain and strategic customer accounts. Sold first instance of Janrain Capture product.
