About Craig

I've built and managed 2 communities, utilizing both online and in-person communication.

I've organized hundreds of events to attract and reward the communities I managed.

Curated communities through educational programs, and led workshops, classes and coaching sessions in which my clients have become participants. I also served as an expert in the fields which the members of my communities could talk to in-person and online to learn and get advice.

I am a coach with a background in Kinesiology, Peak Performance, Human Performance Analysis, Sport Psychology, and Positive Psychology, and I've helped my clients achieve higher levels of performance in their sport and in social interactions. I help people overcome their anxieties and learn to hone new skills for new pursuits in life.

My proudest moment was when a 16-year-old that I was coaching in parkour and free running told me that I inspired him to quit drinking and doing drugs to pursue a professional career as a parkour and free running athlete.

I'd rather live a life of "oh wells" than "what ifs" - Unknown
