Dale is a native of Los Angeles that has been in Las Vegas for 5 years now. He has had the opportunity of gaining human resources experience in one of the toughest labor law states in the country (California) He brings more than 15 years experience to HR Guy Today, Which he has strategically developed over the last 2 years .

Recently completing a chapter in his career, assisting a global telecommunications company expand their US operations right here in Las Vegas. Where he developed a new hire on-boarding process, recruitment strategy, and worked with global HR and Executive leadership on merging two companies while increasing employee engagement and satisfaction.

With his passion for helping people and wanting to make a difference in humanity, He spent the 2 years developing what we call HR Guy Today. His business and life philosophies are simple, Treat people well, Help them find their passion, and help them grow.

Geotab intuitive, full-featured solutions help businesses better manage their drivers and vehicles by extracting accurate and actionable intelligence from real-time and historical trips data. Many Fortune 500 companies rely on Geotab technology to provide measurable management data. Developed US recruiting process and onboarding program curriculum Developed company retention plan and implemented in the USA office. Planned and executed leadership training for all US leaders from executive to team leads. Collaborated with all departments to ensure employee training expectations were met. Partnered with Global HR department to merge policies and procedures following US and Canadian laws. Recommended policy and procedures change company-wide to ensure consistency and fairness. Managed all ADA, and FMLA requests and compliance. Grew company from 32 employees to 150 employees. Partnered with department leaders to develop succession planning for team members. Liaison for employee and management coaching and counseling to ensure fair, consistent, and adequate employee relations Developed an employee committee to engage employees with company events, culture, and retention. Mentored and coached Executives, Managers, and Supervisors quarterly review documentation. Managed Workers Comp claims as well as the safety committee to ensure liability and injuries were to a minimum.
