First time founder
I have around 8 years of professional experience working both for B2C and B2B businesses. The past 4 years I have worked within a boutique consultancy which went from 20 to 60+ employees and grown into a General Manager position. Not everything was easy but being part of a fast growing company has taught me a lot about managing a team, recruiting, setting up processes, improving customer service experience, international growth and strategy.
I am now at a stage of my career where i want to give a more serious thought to entrepreneurship. I have 2 business partners with more business skills and we are looking for a 4th to join the team with a programmer background.
The idea we have is based on the Shared Economy which involved developing a networking platform (a bit similar to Cofounderslab.com though the idea is completely different).
