• Day-to-day Management of the IT Service Desk – Coordination and management of Regional IT Representatives at Branches and regions; as well as review of daily, weekly and monthly branch reports on the Issues Management System (IMS) platform. • Ensure the SLA’s are achieved; service quality and client expectations are met or exceeded as well as profitable. • Effectively monitor, control and support service delivery, ensuring systems, methodologies and procedures are followed • Build and maintain client relationships. Produce management and account performance reports to an agreed schedule or upon request • Maintenance and regular update of FCMB’s database for systems and office equipment. • Training – continuous training and coaching of new IT recruits as well as users. • Oversee Hardware Repairs and installations – replacing faulty hardware parts, repair and maintenance of printers and also liaising with HP authorized dealers for CPU, Printer and Monitor warranty changes. • Oversee System software maintenance – formatting, OS repair and reinstallation, building of system image and ghosting, reinstallation of corrupt/problematic applications and system configuration. • Periodic preventive maintenance exercise and documentation; Upgrade of Applications, hardware, antivirus, IP management configuration etc. • End User support – supporting users on all issues pertaining to IT which include creation of user on the network/domain, joining user PCs to the domain and timely resolution of issues on finacle, outlook, office communicator - lyncs, password reset etc
