About David

Site Identify makes it easy for real estate developers to find and analyze real estate development sites. I have five years of real estate development experience and extensive contacts in the industry. My company is currently seeking funding, and we are about 90% finished with our MVP. Ten of the largest development and brokerage firms in Austin and San Antonio have signed up to be beta testers.

My technical cofounder has had to commit to a full-time job, and has also hit a plateau in the development of the product. I need an enthusiastic technical cofounder that wants to contribute to a business that can scale! My current technical cofounder will be able to get you acquainted with our code base, and help on a part-time basis.

"Then aren't the virtue or excellence, the beauty and correctness of each manufactured item, living creature, and action related to nothing but the use for which each is made or naturally adapted? It's wholly necessary, therefore, that a user of each thing has most experience of it and that he tell a maker which of his products performs well or badly in actual use." - Plato

Work Experience

Real Estate Development Associate

Aspen Heights Partners

December 2012 - July 2016

Located development sites, ran pro forma analyses on sites, assisted with project management, and researched new markets. Spearheaded, with a coworker, a $21.5 million dollar student housing acquisition for the company, which was the company's first acquisition.

Mission Kayak LLC

October 2013 - January 2017

Started the first kayaking rental company in San Antonio, TX while I was working in Austin, TX. Grew the company 100% YoY and sold it to an employee in 2017. Had to drive back and forth between Austin and San Antonio every weekend for two years to get the business up and running. Did it anyways, and sold it for a nice profit.
