Summary: Founder Cognoscente Business Advisors LLP, PhD (Pursuing), MBA (ESCPAU France), B-Tech with 07 years of experience in Business & Management in India & France. Currently working as Astt.Prof, Trainer & Co-ordinator for Centre for Skill Development & Entrepreneurship in a B-School.

I have completed my Master in Business Administration at the Groupe ESCPau, France. The MBA programme was conducted in collaboration of the business school and IBM region south west France. I graduated in March 2010 with specialisation in Leadership, Knowledge Management, and Innovation.

I have undergone IFC-NIESBUD Train the Trainer program and currently working as Astt.Prof, Trainer & Co-ordinator for Centre for Skill Development & Entrepreneurship in a B-School.
I have also Founded Cognoscente Business Advisors, a Management Consulting firm engaged in process improvement for SMEs through Skill based training programme with National Skill Development corporation and NIESBUD (MSME, Govt of India).

I have worked as Management professional both in India and in France on various management related projects and had the experience of developing similar projects and businesses. Worked with French Start-up Company in France as an Interlocutor and Consultant for Indian Market with HAL Bangalore and French Chamber of Commerce in Pau, France. The responsibility included envisaging and writing the Business Plan, Marketing and Business development of the company and at the same time recruiting new employees, wearing several hats and playing different roles while taking ownership of the tasks and delivering results.

While working as consultant, I have written case study as part of research methodology based paper in our MBA programme ‘Critical success factor of new entrepreneurial venture-A Case Study Approach of New Product/Service Developing firms , two French Start-up firms in which I explored the relationship between new entrepreneurial venture and Innovation in product development strategies.
