We aimed at providing free printing service among tertiary educational institutes in Hong Kong. Positioning as the breakthrough advertising agency in targeted market. During the time working with 4 people in the sales team, we have successfully launched campaigns for different small businesses to spread their words through our new promotion channel on campus. Directly marketed to 9 local universities and other tertiary education institutes and helped local and overseas organizations to get their publications done with no cost. Failed in Hong Kong, wrong product-market fit. Have successfully introduced the model to Southeast Asia countries like Malaysia and Indonesia.
