EJ Steele is an executive coach, mentor coach, business consultant and keynote speaker in the areas of leadership, organizational development, and performance management. As an advocate, his intention, mission, and purpose are to coach leaders who then help others excel, which has been the focus and trajectory of his training and professional development throughout his career.
