14 years experience in project and product management in telco, emailing, SaaS, healthcare, e-commerce, ad-tech, ... I love working with people who are passionate about analysing customers' needs, designing the best solutions, crafting a great UX, discovering new technologies.

Now I work on my own product, Octave, a personal assistant / mobile app that will help people eat better and healthier. This project finds its root in my very own experience as a father and husband who tried to organise the food in the most efficient and healthiest way possible.

Mailjet proposes an all-in-one SaaS platform to manage all kinds of emails: - Marketing; possibility to send targeted email campaigns with a focus on experimentation and optimisation - Transactional; a suite of advanced tools to send tailored messages to the recipients' inboxes through SMTP relay or a Rest API - Automation; automatically send a very targeted message to create more engagement with your audience I managed a team composed of product managers, designers and projects managers. The team is in charge of understanding our customers' needs, creating a vision for our product, prioritising the roadmap, managing cross team projects and evangelising the new features.

Product manager for several Multi-Channel Communications and Output Management offerings for Neopost, a global leader in mailing solutions and a major player in digital communications and shipping services. I now have to design products that will be used under differents regulations, context and expectations. With development team in Czech Republic and go-to-market teams in the United States and in the United Kingdom, I have the chance to work in inter-cultural teams at a global level.

As a marketing manager, I was in charge of a strategic portfolio of three different SaaS products dedicated to data storage: - SFR Stockage, online file storage API - SFR Sync, enterprise file sync and share (EFSS) - SFR Backup, workstations and servers backup (Backup-as-a-Service) In charge of the strategy for the offering, I developed a strong knowledge of the SaaS market particularly in the field of data storage. I had the chance to work with very innovative actors of this market: CTera Networks, Scality, Synology and Nomadesk. I successfully launched products sold by the in-house sales force, retail outlets and on SFR Business Team online store. I brought support to sales team during pre-sales or specific projects such as proof-of-concept with customers. I worked in close collaboration with Synology to create an app delivered through Synology's marketplace. This app allows companies to back up their NAS on SFR's Cloud storage platform.

In charge of the Managed Services, the core IT outsourcing offering of the Cloud computing business unit. I had an ambitious main mission: renew the marketing structure of the offering with an emphasis on price positioning and profitability assessment. I successfully created a brand new P&L tool used during pre-sales phase to price the solutions and evaluate instantly the profitability. I was also in charge of Healthcare IT offering for which SFR has an agreement granted in March 2012 by the French Ministry of Health.
