Promoted to VP in 2004, providing end-to-end oversight for technology organization, operations, and complex development initiatives focused on internal infrastructure/processes and customer-facing products and capabilities. Expanded team to 150+ people covering software engineering, data science, database administration and architecture, network operations, and customer care.
