- I don't "work-hard, play-hard". I have fun while I work-hard. I am a very positive person who is a sucker for challenges, loves competition, and seeks win-wins from conflicts. I am a developer passionate about efficiency and an entrepreneur obsessed about creating an immense amount of value. I've recently become intrigued with the psychology of social competition and gamification. Linked In does not mention that I have been working directly under the SpaceX CIO for the past 1.5 years and have learned a tremendous amount from his excellent organizational leadership as we transition the company from being primarily an R&D shop to a full-blown, launching 40 rockets a year, production factory.
