In 9 months from a standing start I recruited a new team, built a new structure of commission plans & measurable KPI dashboards, profiled target lists, drove a new go to market strategy and through no inbound leads grew to a healthy qualified pipe of over £2m with closed business in excess of £250k. I left due to a restructure in early 2016 making my role redundant.
