I have more than two decades of HR strategic and operational experience in Indian and Global environments - built on an understanding of domain skills, people knowledge, business processes and technology.
It has helped shape me into an astute, creative, progressive and innovative professional - the learning and expertise which I and the teams now try to pass on to our end-users in their transformation challenges.
I am looking out for partners/co-founders to help execute the ideas which will integrate data and technology in the enterprise HR products/solutions space, preferably in a SaaS and cloud computing environment.

In a career spanning over two decades - I have had extensive and well-rounded experience in the various areas of Human Resources function, in both Industry Practitioner and Management Consultant capacities. I have held various management and leadership positions across multiple organizations - driving their Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Talent Performance and Talent Reward processes. My key areas of interest and expertise have been Organization Design, Process Engineering, Change Management, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Competency Development, Assessment Tools, Compensation & Benefits, Global Mobility, Policy Formulation, Workforce Analytic and HR Automation. I have managed HR functions in organization start-ups and transformations at different stages of my career. I have executed multiple and complex assignments and projects, in both Indian and international environments, often under challenging and demanding company and market conditions. I have also traveled to USA and Europe as an integral requirement of my work in different organizations. As a thought leader, I have influenced and transformed organizations by intervening and re-structuring their systems and processes through very radical and pragmatic approach, so as to ensure that HR can give its best value for money in terms of numbers and be true “Business Partners”. I have delivered many training and lecture sessions in different areas of Human Resources for participants and audiences across various levels, institutions and organizations, both in India and abroad. I have also been a guest speaker in national seminars, a visiting faculty in management institutes and other public forums.
