Locals is a urban farm combining vertical farming and precision agriculture to produce organic food (funded by 1776 and the USDA). • Increased monthly revenue $20K (more than 50%) in just 3 months by expanding the target market focus. • Managed the sales and business development process, including researching potential customer base, competitors, market dynamics, and industry trends. Cultivated client relationships through prospecting, cold calling, and referrals. • Conducted extensive product/market research and secured accounts with organic food distributors, grocery stores, natural food stores, restaurants, and others. • Paved the way for product innovation by initiating collaboration between Locals and an area microbrewery; provided roadmap for expansion of the product portfolio and creation of a profitable new revenue stream.

LipSync is an on-demand Chinese language interpretation app, providing instant access to a human interpreter to facilitate conversations between participants, enabling confident communication and overcoming language barriers. Wanderlust VR is a boutique production studio that crafts and curates interactive travel experiences in virtual reality. • Managed bi-weekly product testing of iOS and Android apps for both products and provided recommendations to improve the products with enhanced features, user interface changes, and menu options. • Researched companies similar to LipSync that had been acquired or funded through venture capital or private equity channels; developed reports outlining acquisition details to help position LipSync for profitable exit. • Conducted product and market research for Wanderlust VR; provided data that was instrumental in developing a robust business/revenue model and included using the product to market to hotels, resorts, and vacation destinations, as well as to business/leisure travelers and the tourism industry
