My skills lie in taking a snapshot of a company and designing effective solutions (features, products, programs) to bring the business to another level. My personal strengths consist of being entrepreneurial, passionate, and having the high emotional intelligence necessary for leadership. I have led product strategy & development, and created numerous innovative initiatives increasing product knowledge, sales readiness and retention (customer and employee). All activities I led with the goal of delivering massive value to users while enjoying the process of growth and contribution with my colleagues.

• Steered backup & disaster recovery product (Replibit) during acquisition, launch, and growth to become #2 highest grossing product. Our team’s initiatives increased Replibit ASP (average selling price) 11%, increased number of sales per month by 28%, and increased new MRR (monthly recurring revenue) 20%. I also managed the launch of a hardware-software appliance released at the largest trade show. • I assisted in defining strategy and delivered products. I was a leader on the following products and initiatives – BDR appliance line, market research, user testing, stakeholder meetings, created a culture committee to boost morale, launched an internal idea management system, and inspired two coworkers to create additional major initiatives. • I was given creative freedom to design efficient and effective initiatives, which increased transparency, strategic alignment, and communication. My innovative solutions led to first-time company initiatives including – a new product launch framework, a unique product marketing ad, targeted customer messaging, a quarterly product roadmap, an internal-only major Initiatives calendar, and a product KPI dashboard in Salesforce. • I further designed collaborative initiatives to simplify processes and messaging in the product management and sales organizations. My collaborative solutions led to the following valuable initiatives – simplified and standardized sales process & messaging, a monthly product qualitative feedback program, a standardized beta process, an external-facing feature request webpage, sales trainings, sales documentation (i.e. objection handling, competitive analysis), and sales-pitch review with the product team.

• Launched a Kickstarter project with guerilla marketing, raising $16,000 on Kickstarter and supplementary investors. • Created Jared Garcia Fitness Innovations LLC and multiple products. • Proposed four pending patents for three distinct products and obtained two trademarks for the Functional Movement Brace™. • Collaborated with an international manufacturer to decrease development costs. • Examined the customer experience with users worldwide which guided iterative design, feedback-driven use cases, and national sales.
