My professional history has included progressive roles in major strategy consulting, investment banking, and principal investment organizations. These experiences have given me a strong understanding of the key levers of value and growth in businesses, the dynamics of markets and competition, product positioning, and sales / distribution fundamentals. Much of my recent work has centered around business development, and the crafting of market entry and new product launch strategies. I also have a keen sense of deal structuring, contract negotiation, equity plan agreements, the fundraising process, and the "mindset" of institutional investors having experienced these as a private equity investor with one of the world's leading direct investing programs.
