As the founder of my own company, I have been responsible for administering participative leadership to a team of (6) direct reports, and (10) contract employees while overseeing an innovative beauty & fashion line consisting of 40+ products which have generated profitable revenue and sustained year-over-year growth. I have performed a vital role in forming partnerships and securing profitable contracts with major retailers including Target, Wal-Mart, Bed Bath & Beyond, Ulta Cosmetics, Duane Reade, and Nordstrom. Furthermore, I have led the end-to-end marketing campaign to boost exposure internationally in retail outlets across USA, Canada, and throughout Europe and simultaneously secured advertising in beauty & fashion magazines including Allure, Cosmopolitan, Glamour & InStyle as well as live TV shows including The View, Today Show & Extra. Throughout my professional career, I have leveraged a detail-oriented, collaborative, and transferrable ability to complete complex tasks with strict deadlines under high-stakes conditions.
