Online referral platform created to; market custom apparel to target audience through a search engine optimized website platform; Capture relevant B2B and B2C customer information and add to sales funnel for direct marketing and remarketing; convert custom order data in to production ready output data, which will be funneled to partner manufacturer. This platform is the brain child of 7 years of e-commerce experience. It was coded from scratch to be a full service cloud based ERP system.


March 2009 - December 2016

Sportswear and apparel/merchandise company; primary customer base consisted of high school student athletes and youth sports organizations. During my time as CEO, I gained valuable experience the understanding key areas of a successful business such as cash flow, brand communication, systems implementation and optimization, legal and product development. Responsibilities consisted of; • Hiring, developing and managing seasoned sales staff to hit revenue and growth targets. • Creating, planning and implementing the commercial and direct to consumer strategy. • Developing the company Sales funnel and moving prospects through this pipeline via Salesforce. • Managing the business P&L, along with setting goals and new quarter quotas for sales reps. • Deconstruction of business problems and converting them into actionable process enhancements • Average 50% year over year revenue growth. Generating over $1 million dollars in annual sales. • Present corporate strategy, market moves, budget surplus/deficits and new product development Board members. • Organized Community Sports competition with Marion County tourism board, hosting over 50 High Schools. • Collaborate with multiple overseas vendors, negotiating strong vendor contracts
