About Jinsoo

Jinsoo is the founder and CEO of Kokiri Lab, Inc., a Los Angeles-based think tank that emphasizes the well-being of people and society facilitated by technology. The lab is most famous for Project Nourished--a mixed reality eating experience for its applications in therapy and entertainment.

He has 15+ years of experience in product design, development, research, strategy and marketing as well as deep knowledge of food science and disruptive technologies such as VR/AR/MR and wearables.

He has worked with over 40 leading companies in 20+ industries and has been profiled in The Huffington Post, NPR, VICE, Wired, among others. Outside of his work, he has collaborated with UCLA Suprastudio, Interaction Design Association and AgroParisTech to help build roadmap for emerging technologies.

Jinsoo speaks frequently about the intersection of the future and technology, most recently at Google[x], Institute for the Future, Oblong Industries, Sony and TED Week. He has appeared on Channel 5 in UK, Netflix in Canada and Planète+ in France discussing the future of food.
