Background

About John

Hi, I am a registered lawyer in New York State and Ontario. Completed my undergrad at Georgetown University and law school at NYU. After law school I worked at Morgan, Lewis (one of the world's largest firms) for a couple of years as a corporate attorney.

Since that time I have split my working hours between teaching standardized tests and, more recently, practicing business law in Ontario. I scored in the top 1 percentile, officially, on the PSAT, SAT, LSAT, GMAT, and, unofficially, on the GRE and MCAT(verbal). Consequently, I was given opportunities to teach the tests, primarily the LSAT, across half a dozen states (NY, TX, OK, FL, VA, MD) and four Canadian provinces (ON, BC, AB, QC) for the top companies in this space in both countries.

One of the professional activities I am proud of is that, for the last 2000 students, I have offered a no questions asked money back guarantee for their first lessons if they think what I charge is worth a penny less than what I offer. I charge the highest private tutor rate in Toronto. All 2000 students have paid in full.

I enjoy focusing on how to provide better products and services for my clients. I am hoping to find a partner that enjoys focusing on marketing and operations.
