We are a start-up boutique recruitment services firm specializing in the recruitment of highly skilled ITC and Engineer talent for our clients within North America and Internationally. We are looking to develop an innovative Recruitment as a Service (RAAS) platform offering both our clients and candidates a more efficient recruitment solution. We are looking for someone who can initially advise us on putting together the technical plan based on the business requirements (i.e: Software development plan, integration with existing technologies, cost estimates, timelines, resources...). We would also look to this person to potentially transition to the role of CTO and take the lead on the project development and implementation. The ideal candidate would be a software engineer having some experience with SAAS, Big Data, Web and cloud based technologies.
