So this is weird...

2002-2009 - CEO of an $7M lumber company
2010-Current - Dir of Business Development - Inc 5000 Digital Marketing Agency

I'll try to make a bit of sense of this. I took over a family lumber company at age 24 due to a family tragedy. Over the next 7 years, I was responsible for the success of the entire organization which included ~30 employees, 2 unions, and a 50,000 sf warehouse amidst a declining industry. Upon taking over, I quickly joined a CEO mentor group (Vistage) and learned on the job how to be a great CEO. During my tenure, I formed a board of advisors, created and managed from key indicators, created comp plans, created performance reviews, hired/fired, created a very successful digital marketing campaign, and led the company to a successful exit in 2009. Ultimately, I knew I wasn't passionate about the industry and wanted to get into tech one way or another.

I found my way to tech with a digital marketing agency in Denver that was looking to scale. I have helped the company grow 300% since my arrival. I have been the top sales rep in the company and served as the lead digital marketing consultant for over 30 companies nationwide. This growth coincided with our listing on the Inc 5000 the past couple years.

After 7 years in the world of digital, I am getting the itch to get back to more of a leadership role. I believe my executive experience and sales/marketing background are a perfect fit for a company looking to scale. Do you know anyone who would be a good fit?
