About Jordan

I am co-founder and CTO of a Data Science startup in Santa Monica, CA that is focused on the $186B Direct Selling Industry. We machine learning, predictive analytics to predict distributor churn. We have CEO and CTO founders, we need a third as our Chief Data Scientist founder. We have a lot of corporate interest as well as investors. We have big plans and a clear path to execute.

I've worked at very large global, fortune 500 companies, traveled the world, opened up multi-billion, mega resorts. I've also worked at small startups. In all cases, I'm a very hands on leader who does whatever it takes to get the job done. Customer service/experience is critical to any business and I have worked at the world's largest five star, five diamond resort so I have extensive experience in that area.

I'm not afraid of trying something completely different. I have worked in many industries including Hospitality, Gaming, Retail, F&B, Entertainment, Law, Education, Electronic Publishing, Healthcare, Military Defense, Transportation, and Supply Chain.

I have built innovation groups and have deployed large, complex systems very quickly (months) with a global reach. I have designed and deployed a real-time, customer lifecycle marketing platform that delivered the right personalized offer to the right person, at the right time, through the right channel. I know how to build scalable, reliable, multi-language, multi-currency systems.

I have also built an offshore online casino and sportsbook (when there were only a handful out there) as well as built a medical records solution for the Microsoft Tablet PC. I also took a short break from technology to be the Founder and General Manager of a Used Car lot which taught me a lot about starting a business from the ground up including hiring, licensing, compliance, book keeping, marketing, branding, and operations.
