About Karen
I am a digital producer/developer with considerable technical skills in web & video production. I have over 15 years experience in the industry as well as a Master's Degree. I have been working on an ambitious startup for nearly 4 years. The first stage has been launched and has so far proven very successful (gaining traction, has won awards & received government funding).
I am looking for team members with complimentary skills to help me expand the project into the revenue earning stage.
I would consider different relationship options....e.g. trade time/services, casual paid work, co-founder (who can bring considerable value to the project) or a combination of different approaches.
THE PROJECT:
Whizbang is a handy application that uses short videos to show consumers how to use new products quickly and easily.
• Whizbang is the only product support platform of its kind globally.
• Consumers can instantly access each video by simply scanning the product packaging with a mobile device (using our apps).
• It also directs customers to numerous support services available for their specific product including electronics (televisions, recorders, cameras, routers, remotes....) fitness equipment, bikes, DIY flat pack
furniture...
• Unlike current customer support services, Whizbang is designed to be a user-centered interface which brings the necessary support directly to the user rather than the user having to go out and find the support for
themselves.
