Kenneth Tran is a Vietnamese American entrepreneur, political organizer, and digital marketing expert. He is contributor to and been featured in Yahoo! News, e27, Tech in Asia, the Gateway Guardian newspaper, Little Saigon television, and Gamasutra.

Kenneth is the current Chairman of the National Committee for Game Policy, a public policy think tank. He serves as the Chairman of the California Republican Caucus, an affiliate of the California Republican Party. Previously, he served one term as the Chairman of the 68th Assembly District of Republican Liberty Caucus. Before that he was a staff member of the California Democratic Party and head campaign promoter for Paul Lucas, an aide to Congresswoman Loretta Sanchez. He has also worked as a one-time panelist manager for Congressman Lamar Smith, Congressman Ed Royce.

As CEO of TW International LLC, Kenneth works with offshore investors through the EB-5 Visa program. TW is a contractor working for New York Immigration Fund and Kushner Real Estate, owned by the Kushner family.

Kenneth first worked under David Lee and Matthew Hannus, pioneers of the F2P of freemium business model for video games. He was a community manager for 3 AAA titles from THQ, including a re-make of IGN's 2006 Game of the Year, Company of Heroes. He then worked under Ali Jahangiri who is known for raising 40 million dollars for Senator John McCain. Ali awarded Kenneth his staff MVP award for 2011 and 2012. Finally he on his own and co-founded Incuvation Games LLC, publisher of Nemexia.

In addition, he was a two-time Vice-President, one-time President nominee, of the California State University Fullerton's MBA Association.

Kenneth is the nephew of 2-star General Le Quang Luong, commander of South Vietnam's airborne special forces. Two of his cousins are government officials for Vietnam, and his father was a Captain in the ARVN, PSYOPs division.
