About Kristina

Native San Franciscan, raised in Berkeley by nomadic Vikings obsessed with design (pre-Ikea). I possess both US and Swedish citizenship yet have non-negotiable bonds with the UK, France, Italy, and Germany. Nonetheless, I don't play favourites.

I help people collaborate to make things better - ideas, businesses, projects. I'm at my best exploring, connecting and fostering understanding between people and cultures.

I've lived and worked in eight countries, each time learning the local language, understanding the business environment and getting under the skin of the culture. Each experience helped me reflect and reevaluate how to use my natural aptitudes and character traits to thrive in a 'foreign' environment.

Our mission is to redesign recruitment by showcasing the innate talents, personality and value of society’s underutilised human capital. Digital tools such as psychometric testing, selfie videos and e-portfolios will allow candidates to explore their potential, build confidence and find an employer that fits them authentically. Current methods of talent acquisition are not sufficient for the fourth industrial revolution. A radical solution is needed, one that immediately addresses the needs of businesses and economies worldwide. Yuduyu will connect employers with an entirely new pool of raw talent that was hiding right in front of you, empowering not just people and companies, but communities and entire countries.
