About Kristopher

I'd describe myself as an entrepreneur with highly developed analytical skills. I'm someone who has an easygoing demeanor with an intense passion for healthcare+technology. For 4 years i've been serving as a financial and managerial advisor for start-ups, such as primary care physician practices and service-based e-commerce businesses. Being a consultant has allowed me to gain a very sound understanding of the private practice space, with its strengths and shortcomings. I believe that there's an exceptional opportunity to be a 'second-mover' in an emerging segment of the healthcare space. The goal for this business as I envision it is to first focus on cash flow. The cost-structure has been designed to be mostly variable, so the business has the potential to become profitable by meeting a break-even point which is much lower than a traditional medical business.

A prototype has been built based off of real world testing of the concept and offering. I'm looking for someone who can be hands-on and take the lead on the back-end operations/fulfillment of the offering to customers. This would involve designing the intake process, establishing protocols to manage the sales and customer relations process, as well as following up to get feedback from customers (in this sense, having marketing experience is also a plus). A person familiar with e-commerce businesses would be preferred. I presently have a technical developer on the team.

I am open to discussing compensation and/or an equity share.

Thank you!
