About Krunoslav

After more than 12 years of business experience in various industries from FMCG, financial services, tax and business consulting industry I have decided to start my own project Pullus Consulting. Pullus Consulting's mission is to provide support to entrepreneurs, project owners and shareholder with focus on early stage tech and innovation startups. By building an intensive network of strategic partners worldwide we want to establish our self as an one-stop-shop for early stage projects.

As a leader I’m focused on people which are the biggest asset of every business together with building quality and long term relationships with clients, partners and suppliers because my philosophy is that you can have successful long term business only within satisfy environment.

One of the first start-up projects that I was involved in was a mobile app called Sportie, special social network for athletes and sportsmen (www.sportie.co). With Sportie we want to provide equal opportunity to all athletes so they can show their talent to the world and professional scouts. Easier way to explain Sportie is that we want to build Linkedin for sports. Project was on standby for some time and it's reactivated from 2017.

Other project that I'm really proud of is implementation of Ushop Tax Free service in Croatia. My team and me are currently focused on setting up automatic process for Tax Free Shopping in Croatia because we want to bring the industry into 21st century.

Our project is a mobile app called Sportie, special social network for athletes and sportsmen (www.sportie.co). Sportie had integrated all functionalities which have a goal for easy, detailed and fast promotion through videos which can be created, edited and uploaded directly from the app together with progresses tracking through wearable's. On the other hand Sportie is giving fast, detailed and timely information about new not yet discovered sports talents globally to sport managers and scouts. Sportie is combining a lot of functionality's which no other app on the market has, together with great upgrade potential in the future. Idea is to involved all sports and give opportunity to all athletes to film, edit and show their talent no matter where they come from and how much they know about video editing. With Sportie everybody will be one step closer to the fulfillment of their dreams and that's to become a professional sportsman. Project was on standby for some time and it's reactivated from 2017.

ECC is specialized company in Erste bank group, which deals with credit card and debit card brands (Diners Club, Discover, Visa, MasterCard and JCB). I was leading team of 6 Account Managers in Sales Network Management Division. Our goals were developing, extending and maintaining relationships with accounts, planning and dealing with commercial conditions, implementing new products and services (E-Commerce, Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC), Contactless Payments...) coordination between sales and marketing department, planning and organizing sale promotions, analyzing sale results and planning future activities. I was also main coordinator from Sales Network Management Division for Bosnia and Herzegovina market, where ECC have their company Diners Club BH d.o.o. which deals with credit card brands (Diners Club, Discover and JCB) for BiH market.
