Experienced Research Scholar with a demonstrated history of working in the academia and industry. Adept in handling Aerial, Ground and Humanoid robots and proficient in ROS, Python, C++, Matlab and Machine Learning. Have a knack for designing robots from the ground-up using Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) components. Strong research credentials with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) focused on Distributed Autonomous Robot Teams in conjunction with advances in Machine Learning. Currently investigating fully decentralized schemes to utilize a team of mobile robots for monitoring large scale outdoor environments that are spatially varying and temporally evolving. Expected to complete the Doctoral degree in March 2018 and available from April 2018. Besides academic prowess, also competent in setting up national/international collaborations and mentoring peers.
