Also actively participated in product testing and development, serving as the liaison between BlackBox developers and clients. o Sales efforts included prospecting; management of the prospect/client relationship from initiation to contract close including leading product demos and actively participating in all discussions with relevant decision makers; and managing government contract bids. o Marketing efforts included creating email campaigns using MailChimp software, creating and managing one-pagers and additional marketing material, producing content marketing, and managing trade-show efforts. o A member of the leadership team, reported to the Board of Directors (parent company Braddock Holdings, a Denver-based private equity firm). This included participation in strategic planning, market analysis and pricing strategies, and quarterly reviews of company financials. o Performance results: • In 2014, BlackBox increased sales by 30% after 3 consecutive years of declining revenue, adding 8 new clients (a 40% increase) including a major government contract. Expenses were reduced by over 35%. 2014 was the first cash flow positive year in BlackBox’s history. • In 2015, BlackBox increased revenue by 20%, adding 4 major clients including a government sponsored entity.
